Deforestation
There is a need of expansion of settlement area, production of more food to meet the need of population growth . One of the causes deforestation is expansion of agriculture land by clearing forest . There is also illegal harvesting of medicinal plants and cutting of trees that cause deforestation . The deforestation result in landslide , flood and climate change , which are unfavourable to the environment Industrial pollution Industrial development is fundamental component of development activities . It also cause some adverse effect on environment . The adverse effect are emission to smoke , dust, solid wastes, waste water and chemicals that are harmful to the environment Solid waste There are different source of solid waste . they are industry , hospitals , chemical industry , business and settlement areas . these are the activities conducted by people that produce several advantage along with some waste things. The solid wastes such as lead, glass, thin and chips of metal are harmful to living beings .
Polluted things The use of chemical fertilizer and poisons to farm affects the crops. The plants, fruits, vegetable and cereal crops that are exposed to poisons store some portion of the fertilizers and poisons. Such cereal crops , fruits and vegetable are harmful to the living beings . When we eat such foods that affect us .Change in nature People conduct several types of development activities such as construction of road, dam, irrigation canal, building and installation of hydro power plant . These development activities activities make some changes in the structure of land, water sources ,forests and other natural resources.
